In proceeding to obtain workmen's compensation for claimant who allegedly had sustained cardiac damage, evidence was not sufficient
to sustain Commission's finding that claimant was only 50 per cent disabled after designated date, and Supreme Court affirmed
action of Circuit Court in reversing order of Commission and entering judgment requiring employer and insurance carrier to
pay compensation to claimant for temporary total disability at rate of $22.67 per week from date of injury to designated date,
except for short interim period, and beginning on designated date claimant be paid at same rate for permanent partial disability
in accordance with requirements of Sec. 8, Subsec. (c), paragraph 21 of Act, as amended, together with all medical expenses
to date, including bill for medical expenses rendered by claimant's doctor, and that employer and insurance carrier immediately
provide such other medical, hospital, surgical or other care as might be necessary. Sec. 6998-09 (c) (21), Code 1942.
