Plaintiff Lehmon Webber appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio which upheld the Secretary of Health and Human Services' final decision denying plaintiff's application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. On appeal, Webber contends that the district court erred in granting the Secretary's motion for summary judgment because there was not substantial evidence to support the Secretary's final decision denying his claim for disability benefits.
